[VIDEO] Why you are (or should be) trail running

Everyone has got their own reasons for being a trail runner. For some it was a logical transition (and eye-opener!) from road running, for others the trails were their natural choice. Whatever it is for you: the common ground appears to be the absolute love for trail running, the addiction that kicks in right from the first time you set out.

The trail runners in this video put it this way:

Trail running allows its participant to form a unique connection with nature. A select group of individuals express how trail running enables them to “decompress from the day,” and how the activity acts as “mental therapy.”

Rather bizarrely, at the end you’ll see a quick (like 3 second) plug for mountain unicycling… WTF?
